An illustration I did a while ago. It’s a vultures-eye-view of a beheaded Jabberwocky. My favourite part about drawing it was deciding where the arrows should land – two in the head, one in the foot, two body shots and a couple in the trees.
‘Hath thou slain the Jabberwocky?!’ My friend once recited that entire poem as her cousins 21st birthday speech, she got stage fright and didn’t know what else to say…it went down a treat.
